Returns Policy

At ELVA Collective, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our policy below regarding returns and refunds:

  • Faulty Products: If your item is faulty or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a refund, replacement, or remedy as per Australian Consumer Law (ACCL). Please contact us at hello@elvacollective.com
    with your order number and proof of the fault (e.g., photos or video), and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

  • Non-Faulty Products: We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders at this time.

  • Exchanges for Different Sizes: We allow exchanges for different sizes of the same item, provided the item is in new, unworn, unwashed, and resellable condition with all original tags and packaging intact. The item must pass our inspection process.

  • Timeframe for Returns: If your return or exchange is approved, you must ship the item back to us within 14 days of receiving approval. Items received after this period may not be accepted.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges, including faulty items. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
