Faulty Products: If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a refund, replacement, or remedy as per Australian Consumer Law (ACCL). Proof of the fault (e.g., photos or video) may be required.

Non-Faulty Products: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or items that are no longer wanted.

Exchanges for Different Sizes: We allow exchanges for different sizes of the same item, provided the item is in new, unworn, and resellable condition with all original tags and packaging intact. The item must pass our inspection process.

Timeframe for Returns: If your return or exchange is approved, you must ship the item back to us within 14 days of receiving approval. Items received after this period may not be accepted.
